The Manual MethodClitoral Orgasm using your Hands & Fingers
Manual Method GENERAL RULES
Lubrication
It is very important to use lubricant when using your hands and fingers on the clitoral area. This will reduce friction and discomfort. Ensure that you apply plenty of lubricant before and during your clitoris play.

The lubricant will feel amazing for you both and will allow you to move around more smoothly.
Indirect Stimulation
Most women prefer indirect stimulation when it comes to manual clitoris play. This is due to the high sensitivity of the clitoral head, which causes direct stimulation to, at times, be uncomfortable. Indirect stimulation involves using a barrier between your hands/fingers and the clitoral head.
This can be achieved in various ways.
- Through clothing using the fabric as a barrier.
- Rubbing and pressing the vaginal lips against the clitoral area, or pinching the clitoris between the vaginal lips. The labia make the perfect barrier between your hand/fingers and her clitoris, the fleshy tissue pressing against it feels wonderful.
- Massaging the clitoral hood
- “Barely there” touching of the clitoral head
These barrier techniques allow you to carry out repetitive movements in order to bring her to orgasm. Repetitive movements are essential to achieving clitoral orgasm, particularly when she is close to orgasm.
Note: It is very important to ask your woman what she likes; she may actually enjoy occasional direct manual stimulation of the clitoral head.
Warm-Up
For each manual technique set out below, try delivering some gentle introductory touches to the particular area; in order to warm her up to the full stimulation.
Repetition & Consistency
It is important to do repetitive and consistent manual movements when you notice she is approaching orgasm. You might want to agree an “orgasm signal” so that she can alert you when you need to start being consistent. At first, you can of course do a variety of techniques and movements to build arousal. In fact, most women prefer variety during the arousal phase.
Experimentation
Try out the various techniques set out below, as some will be more successful than others in bringing her to orgasm. Ask your partner which ones she enjoys the most and the ones that triggered orgasmic sensations. You should work together to master the best techniques for her. You will then know which methods please her the most; which is priceless knowledge when it comes to sex.
Pressure Considerations
Try slowly increasing the pressure you apply whilst doing a particular technique, in order to gently build up her arousal. Keep in mind whilst delivering manual stimulation that, even if using barrier techniques, you must avoid applying too much pressure as this may cause her discomfort. Your hand and finger pressure must be varied according to your chosen barrier technique.

Manual Method HAND & FINGER MOVES
Manual Method HAND & FINGER MOVES
There are a variety of techniques you can apply with your fingers and hands to bring about clitoral orgasm. Experiment with the different motions and see which ones she prefers.
Circling the clitoris
Lubricate well and circle your fingers gently around the clitoral area, keeping a distance of at least a centimetre from the clitoral head.

Clitoral Sandwich
Lubricate well and using two fingers, place one either side of the outer vaginal lips and gently pinch the clitoral area with the lips. Use repetitive movements, this can be either continuous gentle squeezing and/or pulling of the clitoral hood or a soft massage of the hood between the lips. Whichever you choose, remain constant in that method if orgasm approaches.

Double Hand Technique
Lubricate well and using two hands, place one finger from each to massage the areas at either side of the clitoral hood. Use one finger to go up the left side and up towards the pubis then circle back; at the same time bring the other finger down and circle out towards the thigh then back again. Use repetitive circular motions with your hands & fingers and ensure they are moving in unison.

Cross Stroke
Lubricate well and using two finger pads or the palm of one hand, make gentle and regular sweeping motions back and forth across the top of the clitoral hood.

Single Sided Stroke
Lubricate well and place one finger pad or a single knuckle on one side of the clitoral area, deep between the clitoral area and the outer labia. Start making gentle upward strokes; pressing softly inwards towards the side of the clitoral hood with each stroke. Maintain a good rhythm and be consistent.

Double Circles
Lubricate well and using both hands, take a finger pad from one hand and circle it around the clitoral area. Take the other hand and use one finger pad and circle it around the vaginal opening. Make repetitive circular motions with each finger; using less pressure around the clitoris that you use on the vaginal opening.

Hood Play
Lubricate the clitoral hood and using one finger pad gently glide it up and down the length of the hood. You can also move your finger from side to side or in circular motions on the hood. Be careful not to apply too much pressure and ask her what pressure she likes. Also try variable speeds and see what she prefers. Less can definitely be more when it comes to the clitoral hood.

Infinity Finger Massage
Lubricate well and use one finger pad to trace a figure eight around the clitoral area and the vaginal opening. Use a firmer pressure when circling the vaginal opening and reduce your pressure around the clitoris. Keep your figure eight movement consistent and regular.

The Vulcan
Lubricate well and configure your hand into the formation shown below. Place the two sets of fingers on either side of the outer vaginal lips and gently massage in an up and down movement. You may also add some circular movements. Remain consistent if orgasm approaches.

Note that you can also use the vulcan hand formation when your partner is in rodeo position. This will stimulate her clitoris whilst she is riding you. She will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

Top Rub Arc
Lubricate well and using one or two fingers, gently rub over the clitoral hood in a small arc movement.

Labia Rub
Lubricate well and place 2 fingers on each outer labia (vaginal lips), now massage the labia up, down and around. This will indirectly massage the clitoral area and feels extra nice if you first lubricate the clitoral hood.

Elevator Rub
Lubricate well and rub one finger pad up and down the area between the clitoris and the vaginal opening. Ensure that you press firmly against the area below the clitoris (not on it), as this will ensure that the clitoris is stimulated.

Clitoral Squeeze
Lubricate well and gently squeeze the clitoral hood in a pulsing movement. Vary between slow, fast, light and firm squeezes. Do not squeeze too hard as this will hurt her. Less can be more when it comes to squeezing.

U Spot & Clitoris
Lubricate well and using one finger stroke up one side of the U Spot and up towards the clitoris to just underneath it, and then back down the other side. Repeat.
