Stage 1 Observe&Learn
Choose which one of you will go first as the Teacher and who will be the Observer. The Teacher lies down on their back and the Observer finds a suitable viewing place. If you are the Teacher, slowly start touching yourself in ways that make you feel good and that bring you pleasure. The Observer’s role is to silently watch the way their partner is touching themselves. You may also take notes so that you remember the techniques your partner likes.
Stage 1 Observe&Learn
Choose which one of you will go first as the Teacher and who will be the Observer. The Teacher lies down on their back and the Observer finds a suitable viewing place. The Teacher now takes his/her partner’s hand and touches themselves using their partner’s hand. The Observer is still simply watching and is learning how their partner wishes to be touched. Do not start taking over from the Teacher, this is a golden opportunity to learn what they enjoy.

The Observer will now take what they have learned and put it into practice. The Teacher continues to lie on their back, but this time is completely passive and is now only receiving. The Observer will proceed to carry out what he or she has just learned. Begin to touch and pleasure your partner in the way that they have just shown you. Check back at your notes if you need to. Remember, this is not a test but a learning exercise, feel free to ask questions if you are unsure. The Teacher may make adjustments so that their partner gets things just right.
